Last updated: 26 September 2026
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Omnibooth Studiosoftware, the omniboothstudio.com web platform and all associated services, offered by Omnibooth Studio (hereinafter "the Company", "we" or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.
1. Identification of the owner
The owner of the service is Omnibooth Studio, with address in Torredembarra (Tarragona), Spain, and contact email info@omniboothstudio.com.
The full identifying details appear at the end of this page and in the legal notice.
2. Description of the service
Omnibooth Studio is photo booth and 360 video booth management software for events, available as two applications:
- Omnibooth Studio for PCs running Microsoft Windows, with photo booth, 360 Videobooth and the Artificial Intelligence modes.
- Omnibooth 360 Studio for Android, focused on the 360 photo booth, which does not include the Artificial Intelligence modes.
The service includes:
- Downloading and installing the software on the user's device.
- Licences of use: weekly, monthly, annual or permanent.
- Artificial intelligence credits for advanced features.
- Access to updates and support according to the plan purchased.
- Web platform for account, order and download management.
3. Conditions of use
3.1 Minimum age
To use our services you must be at least 16 years old. If you are between 16 and 18, using the service means you have your legal guardian's consent. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that fail to meet this requirement.
3.2 Technical requirements
Omnibooth Studio for PC requires a device running Windows and Omnibooth 360 Studio requires an Android device (minimum versions specified in the official documentation for each product). The Company does not guarantee that it will work on operating systems other than those two. You can check that it works with your equipment using the trial version, which is free and requires no payment up front.
3.3 User account
To access certain features you will need to create an account providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account.
4. Licences and payment options
4.1 Types of licence
There are four types of licence: weekly, monthly, annual or permanent. The first three run for a set period and stop being active once that period ends. The permanent licence does not expire and grants the right to perpetual use of the version of the software purchased, with no right to major version updates unless expressly stated otherwise.
An Omnibooth Studio licence for PC is also valid for Omnibooth 360 Studio on Android. An Omnibooth 360 Studio licence is valid for Android only.
4.2 No automatic renewal
No licence bought on this website renews or charges you automatically. There are no subscriptions: each licence is a one-off payment and, when a temporary licence reaches its end, it simply stops being active. If you want to carry on using the software, you buy another licence when you need it; you do not have to cancel anything or tell anyone.
This applies to purchases made on omniboothstudio.com. If at any point you buy a licence through Google Play, that purchase is governed by the Google Play terms, including their own rules on renewal, cancellation and refunds, which may differ from those described here.
4.3 AI credits
Artificial intelligence credits are consumable and do not expire while the account remains active. They are not refundable once used.
4.4 Prices and payments
All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros (EUR) or in the currency indicated, and include or exclude taxes as specified for each market. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. When placing an order, you also accept the applicable Stripe terms of use.
5. Refund policy
Given the digital nature of the products, the following policy applies:
- Permanent licence: No refunds are given once the software has been downloaded or activated, except for a verifiable technical defect that cannot be remedied.
- Weekly, monthly and annual licences: You may request a refund within the 7 calendar days following the purchase if you have not made effective use of the service. After that period, or if you have already used the licence at an event, no refunds are issued.
- AI credits: Non-refundable.
Before buying you have the free trial versionavailable, precisely so that you can check at no risk that the software works with your equipment.
To request a refund, contact us at info@omniboothstudio.com quoting your order number. If the purchase was made through Google Play, the refund is handled according to the Google Play terms.
6. Software licence
The Company grants the user a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to install and use the software on the number of devices allowed by the plan purchased. The following is expressly prohibited:
- Copying, modifying, adapting, translating or creating derivative works of the software.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the software.
- Sublicensing, selling, assigning, leasing or transferring the software to third parties.
- Removing or altering intellectual property notices or registered trade marks.
- Using the software for illegal or unauthorised purposes.
7. Intellectual property
The Omnibooth Studio software, its source code, design, trade marks, logos, documentation and all associated materials are the exclusive property of Omnibooth Studio or its licensors, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law.
The user acknowledges that purchasing a licence does not involve the transfer of any intellectual property right.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
- Loss of the user's data, profits or revenue.
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party failures or planned maintenance.
- Malfunctions arising from incorrect installation or use by the user.
The Company's total maximum liability towards the user shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Availability and maintenance
The Company will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to carry out maintenance, updates or changes to the service with or without prior notice.
10. Suspension and cancellation
The Company may suspend or cancel a user's access, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent use or behaviour that harms other users or the service. The user may cancel their account at any time from the user panel or by contacting us.
11. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email or by notice on the platform at least 15 days in advance for substantial changes. Continued use of the service after the new terms take effect implies acceptance of them.
12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Tarragona, waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, unless the applicable rules establish a different mandatory jurisdiction.
