For the resolution of any dispute that may arise from access to or use of the Website, Omnibooth Studio and the user submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them, to the Courts and Tribunals of Tarragona, unless the applicable rules establish a different mandatory jurisdiction in favour of the consumer.
